Common Problem and Updates

One common problem The IT Dept. has seen for Tegrity Recordings failing to load on students' home PC's is their Windows Media Player requiring an update. You can easily check for updates by going to: http://update.microsoft.com and run a 'Custom' update and then choose to view 'Software' updates. Install all Windows Media Player updates.

Another problem we have seen is pop-up blockers preventing Windows Media Player from loading. Solutions are: shut-off all pop-up stoppers or hold down the ctrl key when clicking on the session.

If students are experiencing any problems with their Tegrity software they may call the Helpdesk at 507-453-2408.
