Our curriculum provides a balance of theory and application which will give you a solid foundation of the principles involved in HVAC/R.

Instructors
- Torry Jeranek graduated the HVAC/R program at Western Wisconsin Technical College in 1993. He was employed with Paul's Heating & Air Conditioning in La Crosse, WI as a Service Department Technician and then as acting Service Department Manager. He has experience servicing residential, commercial, and light industrial HVAC systems. He began teaching at Southeast Technical in the fall of 2003.
- Roger Tomfohrde received his Diploma in HVAC/R from Minnesota State College Southeast Technical, Red Wing, MN, in 2001. He holds a Power-Limited Technician Electrical License, a 2C Boiler’s License, Certifications for GasTite, and Wardflex flexible gas line, and ICE certification for competency in residential furnaces, as well as 608 & 609 Refrigeration Certification. Roger was previously employed as a lab assistant in the HVAC/R program at MSC-ST. Roger has both residential and commercial heating, air conditioning and refrigeration experience.
