We have a mobile lab of 24 laptops (2 sets of 12each) for checkout. If you are interested in checking out the lab and would like training on the use of it please let me know. If you’re interested but not sure how it could be used in your classroom or meetings please stop by to discuss and take a look at the equipment.
The procedure for the mobile lab is as follows:
- Call the helpdesk (2408) to reserve, please give at least a one day notice.
- IT will make sure the lab is operational and ready for you to pick up.
- Pick up the lab from IT; it will be ready an hour before your scheduled time.
- Hand laptops out to your students and use in you classroom.
- Return mobile lab to IT department.
