Mapping a Network Drive

1. Double click My Computer
2. Click Tools in the top menu bar
3. Click Map Network Drive in the dropdown list
1. In the box that say's Drive Letter, pick any letter that is not currently being used
1. A used drive will have a path listed after it
2. In the box that say's Folder, type \\rwr-stu1\shared
3. Click on the highlighted link that say's "Connect using a different user name"
1. In the box that say's username: type in msc-st1\ and then type in your student login name immediately following the backslash
2. In the box that asks for the password, use the password for your student login
3. Click okay
4. Put a check in the box that say's "reconnect at login", this will reconnect after every reboot
5. Then click Finish
4. When you want to access this drive, double click "My Computer"
